Lawrence has spent the last decade working for large web companies, including five years at Amazon.com, three years at Microsoft, and contracts at Expedia.com and other web ventures. Lawrence has deep experience in web program management, including content creation and content management systems. Lawrence also has a background in customer service, which informs his development of online help and self-service systems that empower consumers and reduce fixed costs. In addition to ten years of project and program management, Lawrence has a BA from University of Florida.

Kaley Davis
Founder, COO
Kaley Davis founded Drizzle Media Arts, Inc., a regional community-based Internet Service Provider in Seattle, WA in 1995. She oversaw all operations of the business as President/CEO from inception through 2004 after selling the assets of the enterprise at a top-of-market valuation. Prior to founding Drizzle, she worked in management consulting for Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Arthur Andersen, and American Airlines on a wide variety of client engagements in the publishing, transportation, banking, and government sectors. Her areas of expertise include brand/product management, process optimization, and customer service. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Greg Bartlett
Founder, CTO
Greg is a creative technologist with more than 20 years of experience in green energy development projects. He has provided business and product development, fundraising, and marketing services to many companies in this sector. He is a cofounder of Mitex, a small-scale hydroelectric site development firm in Boston, acquired by Sithe (France) in 1988. Since that time, he has consulted with Sithe Energies (New York) on large-scale hydroelectric and other green energy projects throughout Asia and North America. Greg has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Joe O’Neill
Vice President, Business Development
Joe has led new venture development for major businesses for over 20 years. Since founding Tiger Mountain Group in 2005, he has advised and led development efforts in over a dozen successful new enterprises. Prior, Joe served as Vice President of Business Development for Motorola where he was at the forefront of their efforts to create new businesses based on emerging technologies. These included RFID, Near Field Communications, and others. He led Motorola business development efforts in Teledesic, the McCaw/Gates broadband satellite venture. He established new collaborative relationships with global cell phone carriers, T-Mobile, Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, and others. He led Motorola's investment in Ignition Corporation Fund II. His degrees include an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Neill attended the Institute of European Studies in Madrid, Spain and is fluent in Spanish.

Troy has years of experience building cutting edge web services and web experiences. Principal of SevenScale LLC, Troy has taken back-of-the-napkin ideas and turned them into profitable web services. Most recently, Troy built the CloverNet application for the Coffee Equipment Company, which was recently acquired by Starbucks.

Joe has expertise in general counsel services for companies from start-up to post-public, and buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisition representation. He has solid experience in representation of foreign investors in U.S. businesses, including minority and controlling stakes, and advising public companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and corporate governance matters.
